How to use

After barrier disruption with 4 % sodium dodecyl sulfate, apply 100 mg of Biostir® AD on the shaved dorsal skin and both surfaces of each ear two times a week.
Repeat this procedure for 3 weeks. The application is done 6 times in total.

Clinical aspect for atopic dermatitis-like skin lesion With scratching behavior, erythema, papule, scale, scab, and lichenification on the skin were observed
Histological evaluation The lesional skin showed a significant thickening of the dermis and epidermis, hyperkeratosis, and parakeratosis.
An increased number of dermal inflammatory cells including mast cells and eosinophills were observed in lesional mice.
The number of total and degranulated mast cells in lesional mice was much higher than those in normal mice.
Serum total IgE significantly elevated
